How to take it
Under the tongue, every third day, 20 minutes away from food and mint.
One box lasts about a month: ten vials, one every third day.
Up through month one, back down through month two
Start with vial 1 and work up to vial 10. Then start the second box at vial 10 and work back down to 1. Your practitioner sets when the series begins in your plan.

How are remedies chosen?
Remedies are herbal, homeopathic and nutritional products that come as drops, capsules, powders or sprays. Your samples are tested against our remedy library, and the ones that test as most balancing for you become your recommendations, usually about six, checked again as a set.
How do I take them together?
Take the remedies in your recommendations as one plan. Start low and build up to the full dose over the first days, and stay at a lower dose longer if it feels like too much. Your practitioner goes through the order on your consult. When the bottles are finished, a rescan shows where things stand now.
