Quick Take
Your Balancing Protocol is designed to work over a sustained 4 to 6 week period. Take all your remedies consistently according to the recommended dosing instructions listed under each product. If you are new to this process or know you have a sensitive body, start at a low dose (~1/4 of the full dose) and work up slowly over the course of a week or two.
You can keep taking supplements that tested balanced, but step away from supplements that tested out of balance (unless those were prescribed by a healthcare provider, then contact them before stopping). Avoid adding untested supplements during your protocol period if possible. Avoiding out-of-balance foods from your scan will also give your protocol a cleaner environment to work in.
You don't need to be perfect, but you need to be consistent. Here's how to set yourself up for the best results.

The Daily Routine
Your protocol is simple to follow once you build it into your day:
Morning dose. Add the recommended number of drops of each remedy either directly under your tongue, or into a glass of warm water. For adults, that's 25 drops of each Physica product, or 10 drops of each DesBio product. Take these before or with breakfast.
Evening dose. Repeat the same process. Before or with dinner works well for most people.
That's the core routine. Two doses per day, every day, for 4 to 6 weeks. But please read dosing instructions for each product as they can vary. If you have questions you can always reach out to us at hi@attuned.health and we will be happy to support you.
What to Keep, What to Pause
Keep taking supplements that tested balanced. These are confirmed to be working with your body. They complement your protocol.
Pause supplements that tested out of balance. These are adding load that can work against your protocol. Unless these were prescribed by another provider (in which case, please consult them first) set them aside for the full 4 to 6 week period. You can retest them on your next scan to see if your body's response has changed.
Don't add new untested supplements during your protocol. Your protocol's synergy was verified with a specific set of remedies. Introducing new products can change the dynamic in unpredictable ways. If you want to try something new, save it for your next scan cycle and send it with your samples in one of the provided supplement baggies.
Continue avoiding out-of-balance foods. Your food sensitivity results and your Balancing Protocol are designed to work together. Removing dietary stressors reduces the load on your system, giving your remedies a cleaner environment to do their work.
What to Expect: Week by Week
Weeks 1-2. You may or may not notice anything yet. Some people report subtle shifts in energy, sleep, or digestion early on. Others feel no different. Both experiences are normal. Your remedies are beginning to interact with your body's systems, but many of the changes are happening at levels you can't feel yet.
A small number of people experience mild and temporary shifts during this initial period: slight fatigue, changes in digestion, or a brief increase in symptoms. This can reflect your body beginning to process and clear stressors that were previously stagnant. It's typically short-lived. If anything feels significantly off, reach out to our support team.
Weeks 3-4. This is often when the first noticeable shifts begin. You might notice more stable energy, better sleep, improved digestion, or a general sense that something is different even if you can't pinpoint exactly what. Or you might still not feel much. Both are fine. The remedies are working regardless of whether the effects are conscious yet.
Weeks 5-6. By now, your body has had sustained support from the protocol. The cumulative effect of consistent dosing is reaching deeper layers. This is also when many people start noticing the most meaningful shifts in how they feel. This is the window where your body has had enough time to genuinely respond, and it's the ideal time to purchase your follow-up scan. Keep in mind, for those dealing with chronic issues, it often takes a few scans to get to those deeper layers, so don't be discouraged if things aren't feeling better yet.
Common Questions
"I missed a day. Is that a problem?" No. Missing a single dose or even a full day here and there won't derail your protocol. Just pick up where you left off. The key is overall consistency across the 6 to 8 week period, not perfection on any single day.
"Can I take my remedies at different times?" Yes. Morning and evening is ideal, but if your schedule requires shifting the timing on some days, that's fine. Aim for roughly 8 to 12 hours between doses when possible.
"Should I take them with food or on an empty stomach?" Some remedies will show specific dosing instructions (ie take on an empty stomach). Otherwise, it's your choice! If you have a sensitive stomach, taking them with a small amount of food can help. If you tolerate them well on an empty stomach, that's fine too.
"I'm traveling. How do I keep up?" Bring your remedies with you. They're liquid tinctures and travel well. Maintaining consistency during travel is worth the small effort of packing them.
"I started feeling better after 3 weeks. Can I stop early?" We recommend completing the full 6 to 8 week period even if you feel better sooner. Feeling better doesn't mean the deeper rebalancing is complete. Early improvement is a great sign that the protocol is working. Finishing the full course gives your body the best chance to solidify those gains at a deeper level.
Setting Up for Your Next Scan
As you approach the end of your 4 to 6 week protocol window, it's time to plan your follow-up scan. Your next scan will reveal what shifted, which systems improved, whether the compensation pattern surfaced new priorities, and how your food and supplement results have changed.
A few things that help you get the most from your follow-up:
Note what you've changed. If you adjusted your diet, sleep habits, training, or supplement routine between scans, noting that in your follow up health form helps you and Coach AI connect the dots between what you did and what shifted.
Include new supplements in your next scan. If there are products you'd like to verify, this is the time! You can retest out-of-balance supplements from last time or test new ones you're considering.
Your protocol is the bridge between insight and change. Stay consistent, trust the process, and let your next scan show you how far your body has come.
