Balancing Protocol

Your Balancing Protocol isn't a generic recommendation. It's a combination of remedies specifically tested against your body to bring your stressors back into balance.

Quick Take

The Balancing Protocol is the final section of your results, and it's where everything shifts from understanding to action. After your scan identifies your energetic stressors, your samples are scanned against thousands of potential remedies, including herbs, homeopathics, and nutritional supplements. But it doesn't stop at testing each remedy individually. The full combination of recommended remedies is tested together against your hair and saliva to make sure they work synergistically as a group. That's what makes this different from a generic supplement recommendation: it's built for your body, tested in combination, and designed to address the specific patterns your scan revealed.

What Happens Behind the Scenes

Once your scan has mapped the energetic stressors across your systems, the next step is finding what brings those stressors back into balance.

Your hair and saliva samples are scanned against a large library of potential remedies. This library includes herbal, homeopathic, and nutritional supplements. Each potential remedy is tested against your biological samples to see whether it produces a balancing response.

But here's where it goes further than most approaches: the remedies that test well individually are then tested together as a full combination. This synergy check ensures that the remedies don't just work in isolation, they work as a system. Some remedies that test well on their own might not combine well with others. Some might be redundant. The synergy test filters for the combination that produces the strongest overall balancing response when taken together.

The result is a curated protocol, not a long list of everything that might help, but a specific set of remedies that your body responded to as a group.

What You'll See in Your Protocol

On a Wellness Scan, your Balancing Protocol is organized into three categories:

Herbal remedies are plant-based formulations that traditionally support specific functions like detoxification, immune modulation, digestive support, or stress adaptation. Each card shows what the remedy traditionally supports, a link to view the full ingredient list, dosing instructions, and the option to add it to your cart.

Homeopathic remedies work on the principle of energetic resonance, using highly diluted substances to stimulate your body's own balancing response. These are particularly well-suited to bioenergetic work because they address the body at the energetic level where your scan operates.

Supplements are nutritional formulations that provide specific vitamins, minerals, cofactors, or compounds your body needs. These tend to address the more tangible, nutrient-level patterns in your scan.

On an Endurance Scan, the Balancing Protocol focuses on Supplements tailored to your performance and recovery needs. The approach is the same, tested against your samples individually and in combination, but the remedy library is curated toward the demands of endurance athletes.

How to Follow Your Protocol

Each remedy card includes dosing instructions. The standard dose is typically 25 drops in warm water, taken two times per day. For individuals under 120 pounds, the dose is adjusted: divide your weight by 6 to get the number of drops, taken two times per day in warm water.

Consistency matters more than perfection. The remedies are designed to work over a sustained period. Taking them consistently over 6 to 8 weeks gives your body the best chance to respond. Missing a dose here and there is fine. Stopping after two weeks because you don't feel a dramatic change is too early to judge.

Take them together. Your protocol was tested as a combination, so taking all the recommended remedies together (or in the same time window) is ideal. They're designed to work as a system.

Don't add extra remedies on your own during this period. Your protocol's synergy was tested with a specific set of remedies. Adding other supplements or remedies that weren't part of the tested combination could change the dynamic. If you're currently taking supplements that tested out of balance on your Supplement Scan, consider stepping away from those during your protocol period.

Why It's Not a Generic Recommendation

Most supplement recommendations, whether from a health influencer, a practitioner, or even a well-meaning friend, are based on generalized logic: "This herb supports the liver, so if your liver is stressed, take it." That logic isn't wrong, but it misses the bio-individual piece. Your body might not respond to that particular herb. Or it might respond to it individually but not in combination with the other things you're taking.

Your Balancing Protocol removes the guesswork. Every remedy in it was tested against your biological samples, verified in combination, and curated for synergy. It's not what's generally good for a stressed liver. It's what specifically balanced for your liver, in the context of everything else your scan revealed.

That specificity is the difference between hoping a supplement helps and knowing your body responded to it.

What to Expect

Some people notice shifts within the first few weeks: subtle changes in energy, sleep quality, digestion, or mood. Others don't feel a subjective difference until they scan again and see the numbers move. Both experiences are normal.

Your body heals in layers, and the changes your protocol is supporting might be happening at a level you can't feel yet, like reduced cellular inflammation, improved hormonal clearance, or gut lining repair. These shifts may not announce themselves with dramatic symptoms, but they show up clearly on a follow-up scan.

If you feel worse during the first week or two (mild fatigue, digestive changes, or a temporary increase in symptoms), this can sometimes reflect your body beginning to process and clear stressors that were previously stagnant. It's typically mild and short-lived. If anything feels significantly off, reach out to your practitioner or our support team.

When to Update Your Protocol

Your Balancing Protocol is designed for the 6 to 8 week window between scans. When you scan again, your new results will generate a new protocol based on your body's updated state. The stressors may have shifted, the systems that need support may be different, and the remedies that test well may change accordingly.

This is by design. As your body heals and reorganizes (sometimes through the compensation pattern), the support it needs evolves too. Each scan builds a new protocol for the current chapter of your journey.

Follow the protocol. Give it time. Scan again. See what moved. That cycle is how lasting change happens.
